After 8 years of private consulting for commercial developers, primarily focused in self storage, owner Rob DaRos has officially launched Maple Row Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Located in Westchester County, New York, Rob has served clients in various states including Florida, North Carolina, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Colorado. Through Maple Row Real Estate, they will be providing services to the national CRE market.
Owner Rob DaRos’ professional expertise includes the accumulation of vast portfolios for his clients and project management with commercial developers for 8 years. His industry expertise includes advisory services, operations management and real estate appraisals. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with GE Capital Real Estate, where focused on debt and equity portfolio underwriting and key risk platforms and initiatives. Most recently DaRos has been acting as the Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for the City of Stamford, Connecticut preparing support for large tax appeal and litigation cases for property values between $75 million and $350 million.
